Octothink UAE is a digital gaming service provided by Absolutely Digital FZCO, Jewellery & Gemplex 2, Unit 2O-01-C9, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

1. About the Service

Octothink offers digital entertainment, brain games, puzzles and interactive challenges. By using the service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Subscription and Billing

For the UAE Etisalat (e&) subscription offer, the price is AED 2.25 per day, including 5% VAT, following a 24-hour free trial. Subscription charges are billed through your Etisalat mobile balance or phone bill. The subscription automatically renews daily unless cancelled.

3. Free Trial

The applicable offer includes a 24-hour free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the daily subscription fee will apply after the trial. Trial eligibility is subject to the conditions displayed when subscribing.

4. Cancellation

You can request cancellation through your account settings or by contacting customer support. To avoid the next subscription charge, please cancel before the next scheduled renewal. Once cancellation takes effect, the subscription will not renew. Access may continue until the end of the current paid period or free trial, as applicable.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable law. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for an already billed period.

6. Fee Changes

We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of changes to subscription fees, allowing you to cancel before the new price takes effect.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Octothink available and its information accurate, but temporary interruptions, updates or technical issues may occur.

8. Intellectual Property

The service, its original content, features and branding are owned by Absolutely Digital FZCO or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Absolutely Digital FZCO is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions or use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will seek to provide at least 30 days' advance notice.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
